At A Ray of Sunlight, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you can request an exchange or return in the form of store credit within 15 days from the date of delivery.

 

Exchange and Return Policy

Each piece is carefully handcrafted to highlight its uniqueness. This means our products may contain imperfections and distinctive features, which are intentional design elements that contribute to their one-of-a-kind nature. We do not accept returns based on these features as they are part of the design and finish of each item. Please consider this before purchasing.

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After this period, A Ray of Sunlight reserves the right to reject the request.

 

How to Request an Exchange or Return

To initiate a request, please email us at info@arayofsunlight.com.co within 15 days of delivery. In your email, please include the following:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos of the product showing it is unused and in original condition, including original tags and packaging.

Once we receive your request and confirm that the item meets the return and exchange criteria, we will send you an email with shipping instructions.

 

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. The product must be in perfect condition when returned, including the original tags and packaging. We will inspect the returned item, and if it meets our policy, we will proceed with your refund.

 

Requesting a Product or Size Exchange

Exchanges are free of charge, excluding shipping costs. Once we receive the item to be exchanged and confirm it is in perfect condition, we will approve the exchange. You will then receive an email with a link to pay for the shipping cost of the new item. If you select an item with a higher price, you will be asked to pay the difference. If the replacement item has a lower price, the difference will be refunded. After payment is made, your new order will be shipped within our standard timeframe of 2–5 business days for preparation, excluding delivery time which may vary depending on the destination country.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@arayofsunlight.com.co within 7 calendar days of delivery. In your email, include your order number and photos of the damaged or faulty item. Once we receive this information, we will review your request and provide you with further instructions.

 

Refunds

Requests for full refunds must be made by email to info@arayofsunlight.com.co. The purchase amount will be refunded once we receive the returned product at the indicated address. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

A Ray of Sunlight reserves the right to reject a return if all the conditions are not met. If your return request is denied, you will be notified by email.

Any claims must be submitted within 15 days of receiving the package.

Refunds will be processed to the credit card used for the original purchase, as this is a security measure to prevent fraud.

The refund will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item. Depending on your bank, the transaction may take 3 to 5 business days.

A Ray of Sunlight is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use, negligence, alterations, or cosmetic damage caused by normal wear and aging.
