To extend the life of your pieces, avoid exposure to harsh chemicals and moisture. We recommend storing your pieces in a soft cloth pouch to protect them from dust and scratches.

Each piece is individually handcrafted. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for order preparation before shipping. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Product exchange or return requests must be made within 15 calendar days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@arayofsunlight.com.co within 7 calendar days, with your order number and photos of the item.

We do not accept returns beyond the 15-day window or for reasons of general wear, discoloration from improper care, or personal preferences.
